Feature request: Would it be possible to better format blockquotes for cross posting to Twitter? Maybe a simple line break before/after or adding a “→” or something?

As it is now, everything kind of runs together.

@Mtt I've hesitated adding more special logic to translate HTML into plain tweets, but I think your right in this case. I'll work on this.

I understand the desire for simplicity. Thanks for considering it, whichever way you ultimately decide to go.
