Last night, instead of actually reading, I wasted a lot of time conflicted on whether I could finish reading an e-book before it was due at the library or if I should pause and read something else. Usually juggle 2-3 books (at least 1 audiobook)… So much to read. 📚

I do the same thing. I’m currently reading two books (one fiction, one non-fiction) and listening to an audio book.

@Ddanielson Ha, didn’t even think about that. I read them on my iPad now so a little more difficult unless I temporary turn it into a books-only device.

@manton did you finish the first Sanderson Kickstarter book? I wanted to jump in on launch day but WAY too into my current series (Altered Carbon)

@manton so much of my limited free time that I am excited to dedicate to reading is spent (wasted) deliberating what I want to spend my limited free time reading. Then I run out of that free time, and not nearly enough actually reading gets done. Glad to hear it’s not just me.

@timothybroder Yes, I loved it. It ties into the Cosmere but can mostly be read as a standalone book too.

@manton Yes, I do that too. I usually have two Kindle books and an Audible one going at the same time.

@manton just disable Wi-Fi on your e-reader and get a few more free days out of the library book?

@manton I need to focus on one and finish it. And I probably should stop reading the entire internet every day too.
