Last night, stayed up until 1am reading Assassin’s Quest. Felt like I was 17 years old instead of 47. 📚

@manton Love this series! I want to read every book Robin Hobb has in this universe but I’m a little intimidated by the sheer number of them…

@manton super enjoying the Mistborn series after you posted about it, so thanks!
Adding this one to my list as well.

@bens Glad to hear you’re enjoying it! I’d like to re-read Mistborn sometime, at least the first book.

@timbueno Same here. After the first trilogy, will take a break but I’d like to pick it up again in another series.

@manton I really wonder if/how they would adapt this to the screen if they ever were to make movies out of it. So much internal/non-verbal stuff going on.
But the action would be cool for sure.

@bens Yeah, some things wouldn’t adapt well but they have said talks are underway, with Netflix or Amazon or Apple or someone. Wouldn’t be surprised if we hear later this year.

@manton All the books in that universe are wonderful, and they really pay off at the end of the whole story.

@manton @bens just to jump on the conversation as a huge Sanderson fan ^^
He’s been talking with producers for a long time, and he seems to be able to retain a lot of control iver the product (he doesn’t need the money) which seems very promising.
Mistborn is the closest of his works to be easily adapted to tv show format, the action is very anime like ^^ hopefully it turns out alright.

@alexito4 I agree Mistborn is a great place to start. Stormlight Archive is so huge it must be daunting to even attempt to adapt it.
