Playing with Google Bard. Impressed that it has much more recent data than ChatGPT. It knew about something that happened just a few days ago.
Parag Asked Google Bard about Jerry Springer’s death that happened 2 weeks ago and it didn’t know anything about it.
Notes We can’t access Bard but am interested to hear a comparison between Bard and Bing. I’m pretty impressed with Bing chat on creative mode and am using it much more than Google search at the moment.
Justin Youens I’ve also been playing with it in Google Cloud (Palm2/Bison - it wasn’t clear to me if Bard was updated to the new model yet?)
It’s really good, but does not take orders for specific things like GPT 3.5/4.
Justin Youens @youens With GPT 3.5/4, I can say “..limit your response to 250 chars, suggest 3 follow up questions based on your response, return them in an ordered list, and choose an emoji that beat represents the question as the first character.”
It returns consistent enough to parse.
