Rolled out changes to the default uploaded filenames in Micro.blog. This is the beginning of the end to the random filenames, although it still falls back on those for many situations.
Jamie Thingelstad this is great! I assume if you rename you have to update posts that used that upload? would love the ability to search for an upload by name. I have some housekeeping I’d love to do but impossible without searching uploads. Related: would be nice to have a “unused uploads” filter to find images not actually used anywhere.
Manton Reece @jthingelstad Good idea! Yes, right now it’s up to you to update any references to the upload, although maybe that should be automatic. Search will be added later.
