how’s the Element as a camper? I recommended my bestie look into finding one around Denver because I secretly wanted one and I know it’ll fit his active lifestyle.

@starrwulfe It’s pretty good! I love being able to park anywhere, even small campsites. The downside is it is small, can’t even sit up when it’s converted to a bed. I can see why people like bigger vans but it’s working for me.

nice! I guess that’s the no-hookup campground? We stayed in the RV park next door. How’s the lake looking? It was very low when we were there last year.

Car looks great, especially with that background! Is it comfortable enough as a camper? Good thing you got the new battery in time.

@odd It’s not super roomy but it’s comfortable enough, yep.

@dejus Seems low to me. I thought I read the “beach” used to be pretty close to the campgrounds. It would be a long walk to get to the water.

if you’re still there, take a drive down the nearby Hemenway boat ramp; it has markers for the water level drop over the years.
