it’s ok to make some money, too. Not asking for price increase, but… consider providing a way to become “a believer / ambassador / etc.” who could contribute on a punctual basis.

Pricing is so hard to get right!

I love that you call out the importance of looking back on price decisions with an eye towards simplifying things for customers. Seems extra important as a small, bootstrapped, business—do you plan on writing more about it when you’ve sorted it all out?

Even when I don’t use it for months at a time, I never have a qualm when I see the receipt roll in at $5/month. But I probably would at $50/year. Yes, I am good at math!
