Excited to see reactions to last night’s Biden speech. A couple minor stumbles, but he nailed the core parts of it. I also sincerely hope that everyone frustrated by Biden’s support of Israel listened with an open mind. You can feel a shift, especially with the new push for aid to Gaza by sea. 🇺🇸

No, with a skeptical mind. And no, it’s not enough. Biden is still arming Israel with no conditions while Israel actively defies his pleas and the ICJ ruling that they protect civilians in Gaza. He’s taking far too long to deliver too little aid while allowing Israel’s blockade to persist.

So, no, absolutley not. What could he do to get support as it relates to Israel and Gaza?

  1. Support a cease fire at the Security Council (the US has vetoed two so far)
  2. Immediatly suspend the supply of munitions and weaponry to Israel.
  3. Stop pleading with Netanyahu and begin demanding.

All three of those. And look, this isn’t some radical list of demands. This is what most in the international community are calling for. What’s radical is Biden and the US continued support of their ally as that ally commits genocide.
