@jonah To be blunt, your fear is correct. It will increasingly be impossible to opt out of AI. However, a lot of what Apple is doing is inherently opt-in because you don’t use it unless you actually use it, e.g. avoid the writing tools if you don’t want that. Micro.blog has its AI setting and we’re committed to that, but it’s going to be rare elsewhere.
