Not in a hurry to switch, but I will probably opt for the AirPods 4 to replace my AirPods Pro. The pros have never felt comfortable in my ears. It’s interesting that the 4s are split into a basic version and a “with noise cancellation” version, although the hardware appears identical.
Jonathan W @manton the hardware of the ‘pods is identical, but the noise cancellation version’s charging case is better: “AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation feature a wireless charging case — the smallest in the industry with this capability — as well as a built‑in speaker for Find My8 to help you keep track of it”.
Michael Stanclift @manton I will probably also switch to the 4 with ANC, as I have never felt like the Pros stay in my ears as well as the original style AirPods did, but the sound quality was always so much better. I just walk around tucking them back into my ears constantly.
