While driving to Dallas yesterday, I had what I thought was a good idea. I almost pulled over to the side of the road to register a domain name. By the time I got there a few hours later, I had talked myself out of it. Realized it was the equivalent of Trader Joe’s buying 7-11 so they could run it.

Bryan in planning, we’ve long been salty about the demise of the corner grocery despite trying everything in our power from a land use and economic development perspective to encourage that anachronistic business model.

isaiah and then there’s all the little projects i’ve sunk 6 weeks on to realize it was all fool’s errand.
i think my only takeaway is that both are just part of the process.
