Patrick Gentry as a loan officer I would agree. The combination of higher rates, high prices, and not much on the market is a gnarly combination. Things will even out in time though!
Chad Kohalyk congrats! We just signed our docs earlier this week. Picking up the keys tomorrow. Best of times/worst of times… I am just happy to have my own home for the first time.
