Micro.blog for Mac continues to improve. Just released version 3.5. A new feature I like in this release: paste a photo from the clipboard directly into the Uploads section to upload it.

Also added a Preview button. I use this with command-shift-P but I’m sure some people didn’t know it was there.

LFG!

Excellent! It’s nice we can drag-n-drop, as well. However, it doesn’t seem we can d&d multiple files as it only uploads the first file. There’s also a minor bug where when testing multi-file drop the upload works for the first file, but it appears as a black square until you refresh the Uploads page. It would be nice to get access to editing the alt-text in the app, though.

Thanks, Manton!

@tylerknowsnothing Thanks, I’ll work on drag and drop again soon. It is supposed to support up to 10 files at once but something is wrong.

Tyler K. Nothing

Understood. As always, I’m happy to test.

It may be a silly question, but how to resize the app window? This message composing window, for instance, can be resized using the mouse, but what about the app window?

Manton Reece

@marcos It can be resized like a normal window although there is a minimum width. I think in the past we’ve seen a bug where the app has to be quit and opened again before resizing works? Let me know if that doesn’t fix it.

Marcos Dias Alves

Yes, it is working now after closing / reopening the app. Thank you.
